As of March 2007, Quicksilver Design will be known as Q design. Founded in 1994 by Mark Stenftenagel and Sal Graziano, Q design is the product design subsidiary of Whitney Inc.,
a full service architectural and interior design firm in Chicago, Ill., USA.

Q design wishes to announce the appointment of Burke Quinn as Vice President of
Business Development. With 25 years of sales management, contract furniture and
marketing experience, Quinn brings his knowledge, diverse background and qualifications
to the Q design team.

Q design offers a full-scope product development process that includes product rationalization, coordination of engineering, prototyping, marketing analysis and research, branding, marketing and distribution strategies. Q design’s services are based upon a clear understanding of the client’s current products, capabilities and vision, which are used to create innovative and unique experience.

2007 will be an exciting year for Q design, with three new product groupings being
introduced for three different clients. Q design and Whitney’s years of commitment to their clients, coupled with their well-established adherence to environmentally sound products, make them an ideal choice for inventive and globally responsible contract furniture manufacturers.
